Receptionist are the worsted specially evening two, when I have spoken with those European ladies I forgot for a moment I am in London. I couldn’t believe my eyes about their attitude. In today’s world service is the main part I believe. Hoping Travelodge will train properly before sitting in reception how to serve guest !

I have no issues with the room. Bed very comfy, but it was like a council estate in there. I was woken up every couple of hours with the noise. Doors & windows slamming shut. It looks like they have several families that the social pay for. I can't believe that as a paying customer I had to be around free loaders. I have had no sleep & have left the hotel feeling rough. Its a joke I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever been to... Antisocial people, very poor service (room cleanings once every week and keycard deactivates EVERY SINGLE DAY) not to mention the pollution is terrible when you open your windows (heavy pollution increases risk of lung cancer) overall horrible hotel, all these 5 star reviews are from immigrants who have never actually experienced a 5star Hotel therefore they have nothing to compare it to 😒

Arrived late has was having boxing day with the family couldn't fault the room except no toilet roll which was rectified quickly breakfast was really nice buffet style. All the staff were friendly helpful

Especially ugly chain of crooked thieves. They hide important information on their hotel's website and only show it after they've taken your money. Be very careful with crooks like this. Travelodge is better and more transparent with all important information clearly visible for you to see.

Nice location with nearby cinema and supermarket.
Got noisy during weekend nights, experienced drunk ladies making noises in corridor and in their rooms.

Excellent location in East London and has plenty parking. Rooms clean and comfy. Nice beers in reception. So no long walking to pub.

Was OK but air con was so noisy had to ask them to turn off room was clean though not really their fault for location but service was helpful

I picked this place because it showed they had a spa (picture on a website), sadly it was a lie.. gutted though I was greeted with a smile at reception by Fabiola, she was very helpful. And laugh when i mention the spa and lack of it.
I have to say all the staff that I and my team came into contact with where wonderful. Chantel was a fun bar lady (they had a little bar area), she made us laugh after a long day, Bukurie and Manger Mike was wonderful and helped with any request, include giving us the WiFi.
The place was kept very clean

Nice and comfy room, bed was comfortable as well. Staff was happy, helpful staff. Air Con was working but more cooling would have been better. Apart from that can't find any flaw in my stay. Parking was free as well.

Stayed the one night last night.
Visiting relatives nearby for birthday BBQ.
Making our way up to our room and saw kids sitting in the corridor playing games. Adults walking around in dressing gowns.
At breakfast in the morning we arrived at the restaurant to find it full of people in pyjamas having breakfast. Tables vacated and plates still left on tables. Had to ask fo them to be cleared and cleaned si that we could sit down.
Low on food when we went to fill our plates. No bread for toast, orange juice empty bacon that had been sitting for a while and gone hard.
Looked to me like it was being used as a refugee hotel.
Not a great stay and won't be staying again.

We recently stayed at the Dagenham Travelodge on Cook Road and had a great experience. Ada and Chantale provided excellent customer service. The rooms were neat and clean and the location was very close to public transportation.
